By using Piltro's laptop repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. Service Estimates
All service estimates are based on initial diagnosis and may change based on further inspection. We will notify you of any changes to the estimate before proceeding with additional work.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A deposit may be required for certain services or parts orders.
4. Warranty
We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs and replaced parts. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.
5. Liability
Piltro is not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. We recommend backing up your data before service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Appointment Policy
Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by phone. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
7. Parts and Materials
We use high-quality, compatible parts for all repairs. Original manufacturer parts are used when available. We will inform you of any part substitutions before proceeding.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not access your data without permission unless necessary for repair.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
